/ Training Courses
We believe that effective training
should be practical and directly related to the participant's needs. We will
train on techniques that have proven their usefulness in real-world development
projects. Our courses are developed utilizing experiences on successful client
engagements by practitioners with significant hands-on experience. Many of our
courses have been developed due to the request of our clients. Our courses are
delivered by senior software personnel that have a variety of professional
experiences to ensure a fertile learning environment. We feel that a successful
training program should be planned and conducted on a "Just-in-Time"
basis to better achieve an immediate on the job usage of course concepts.
Our course delivery methods are
flexible to your needs. For example, An Overview of Object Oriented technology
may be delivered soon after the planned participants have been assigned to an
object oriented project. Then, perhaps two or three weeks later, after the
participants have begun to understand the requirements, the Object Oriented
Analysis course (two days) is delivered. Once the participants have practiced
doing analysis on the project, possibly 4-5 weeks later, the Object Oriented
Design course is delivered.
We have used this teaching scenario
with several clients with excellent results. Additionally, we can customize our
standard courses to contain exercises culled from the domain of one of your
actual projects.
